Fakhar Zaman is a left-handed opening batsman from Pakistan. He was born on 10 April 1990 in Katlang, Mardan. The international career of Fakhar Zaman is great, and he has represented Pakistan in 67 ODIs and 76 T20 internationals. He also played 3 test matches for Pakistan.
Fakhar played his debut ODI for Pakistan against South Africa in the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy. Pakistan won the ICC Champions Trophy 2017, and Fakhar was the man of the match in the final against India.
Fakhar made a brilliant hundred on the big day against the rivals India. His 114 runs on 106 balls were the main difference between Pakistan and India.

Fakhar was signed by Lahore Qalandars in PSL 2017. Since then, he has been playing for Lahore Qalandars and is known as the most important batsman for the team. He is among a few players who never changed their PSL team.
The left-handed batsman has played many great innings in Pakistan Super League for Lahore Qalandars. The best thing about him is that he is one of the best players who always performs in pressure situations. Lahore Qalandars won two PSL 7 and 8 and Fakhar Zaman was part of that winning team and played an important role.

Fakhar Zaman in PSL 8 (2023)
Despite the fact of his great performances in PSL, Lahore Qalandar did not include Fakhar Zaman in the retention list. Fakhar Zaman’s fans are disappointed with this surprising decision by LQ management. Fakhar was also surprised and disappointed by this decision (see his tweet).
In the last PSL 8 that was held in 2023, Fakhar Zaman was played by the Lahore Qalandars side. Lahore Qalandars won this PSL season and Fakhar Zaman played a key role in this tournament. He played 13 matches and scored 429 runs. It was 4th highest in PSL 8. Fakhar Zaman also scored his highest in the PSL 115.
