In Azad Jammu Kashmir, Mirpur District, Chakswari, Zaman Khan was given birth to Sunni Muslim Pashtun parents on September 10, 2001. Pakistani cricketer Zaman Khan has become a professional who has represented his country on multiple occasions.

Zaman Khan started his PSL career in Lahore and has played a key role in winning Lahore Qalandars in PSL in the last two seasons.

He was selected to represent Northern in September 2021 in the National T20 Cup of 2021-22. On September 23, 2021, he debuted for Northern in the National T20 Cup 2021-22, his first Twenty20 tournament.

Jaffna Kings signed him for the 2022 Sri Lanka Premier League in December of that year. On March 24, 2023, versus Afghanistan, he made his international debut.
